This is the worst Honda dealership I have been to. It does not even deserve a rating of 1. I set up an appointment for oil change last week. The lady told me it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I went there this morning (Tuesday). Service advisor John Parsons told me that in addition to oil change, I needed to do A, B, C, D, E, F, and G with a total of over $1000. Edit: Service advisor Thomas Crean made it right after seeing how irritated I was at the situation. They acknowledged the mistake in scheduling and fit me in for my original appointment reason. Just wish I didn’t have to leave a google review to get things done. —————————————— Called to schedule a warranty diagnostic, and oil change since I would be there anyway. Took off work, showed up and they said they can only do the oil change. The whole purpose of the visit was for the warranty work.

Even though my vehicle ran into a complicated corporate warranty roadblock regarding some pre-existing Certified Pre-Owned reconditioning issues from another store, Richard was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns about the driver's seat tracking skipping under weight load and ensured the electrical faults were documented. He was honest, communicative, and treated me with respect. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for service!

Overall great experience for the world of car dealerships. Pleasant folks to deal with. Nice dealership. Snack bar was already closed when we arrived shortly after 4p, so if you go after work hungry…grab a snack to take haha! Ali, AJ, and Connor were all great. Appreciate a smooth experience and didn’t take too long. Everything took about 2 hours, but we did application and pre approval beforehand, which does save a bit of time. We are looking forward to enjoying our new family ride for many years to come!

I just needed an oil change and they got it done within them about an hour. They sent a link to a video with the technician showing you what he was seeing. I thought that was a very nice addition. My service rep, Austin was very pleasant and helpful.
