I bought my new baby just tonight and I am so happy from start to finish. My salesman, Joseph Kile, was with me from the very start when I found the car online to buying it without ever pushing or prodding me to the car. The test drive was wonderful and Joseph answered any question my grandfather and I had, whether I felt they sounded stupid or not he answered them. The one thing I will say is the financial woman was kind of pushy when I was adamant on my price range but Joseph helped me every step of the way and answered any questions about the process. We were then given to a different financial person, Anthony Hall, and I felt very comfortable with him and he answered all of my questions and any my grandfather had for him. I ended up with a payment a bit higher than I planned but Anthony was wonderful in explaining and helping me choose it- *he* is the reason I decided to go over my budget a bit and felt comfortable to do so. All in all, while the process was long (7pm-10pm) they stayed past closing to get my new (to me) baby to go home with me *tonight* and I am so thankful! Please go see Norm Reeves and ask for Joseph Kile and Anthony Hall!
