She even stayed late after her shift to see our deal through and took the extra time to walk us through the features of our new car and ensured we didn't have any questions going forward. Great experience buying a car here! Excellent communication from our salesman Timothy. Chris also helped process the deal and both were wonderful to work with. Normal offers for all the warranties but no hard pressure. Very transparent with pricing. I don’t enjoy this process but the staff at Norm Reeves Honda made it pleasant.

I leased a Honda prologue on 6/19. I was discussing with another dealer in Dallas first who provided the quote and as I got ready to drive to Dallas from Austin, the rep said vehicle not available last minute and asked for more money than what we agreed on to. So I contacted Norm reeves and Edgar Arana reached out to me. He not only met the offer but beat the offer. He made everything possible and went smooth. Came in after being stressed out since my radio went off trying everything from YouTube different codes and not getting my radio to come back on called the Honda store. They told me to come on that. It was free to charge and they will give me the code I came here. I waited two minutes I had the code service was fast and speedy. Eric was perfect. OK I didn’t even have to wait. He was fly. I had a great experience with the team at Norm Reeves Honda. Armando was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of looking for a new car and doing a trade in. He worked with me and was able to get me a great deal! AJ and Hossain were also very helpful in the financial aspect and everyone was so friendly and gave off a family vibe. We spoke with Hassan the day before we arrived. When we arrived, Hassan was ready. He met us outside, had the car ready for us to check out at and he processed the paperwork quickly and off to finance. Hassan went above what is expected of a salesperson. When purchasing a car from Norm Reeves, ask for Hassan!

Thank you for treating me like I was the only person buying a vehicle. Stephanie never pressured me, but she asked and listened. After the purchase, she was in the rain making sure she went above and beyond. I fell and hurt myself, and she came and sat to talk to me because she knew I was hurting but trying to hide it. My disappointment was the extended wait for almost 3 hours for the finance processing, which was humorously commented on by the finance staff member Ms Garza as being shorter than usual. I want to give 5 stars but honestly if the rep can listen to me carefully and if the back of technician team can provide a reliable service. I went for 5k miles service last week and really tried my by best bringing up the concerns about tire leaking at least twice times during the visit. As it shows ‘low tire pressure’ on my screen three times in a month. I did go to Costco, check them and press re-calibrate on my vehicle. But it back again so i did 3 times. Dennis was great and explained the updates on my vehicle throughly Dennis helped with knowing when I need to make updates to my car. He didn't push to have all updates done right away. He gave the right timing for them.
The dealership is great but here are a couple of things to make it better. When buying a new car, it would be nice to have someone go through the details. I had a Subaru and all the settings are different. Also, you all are insistent on your surveys. I've completed about 5 of them!
