Today was the first time that I brought my car to Norm Reeves Honda for servicing. The experience was very pleasant. From the check in with my service advisor, Calvin Jordan, to when I got my car back, every step of the process was smooth. I really liked being able to see the progress on my phone. Especially the video that the service tech made of the inspection of my car. I will definitely bring my Honda back here again.

Purchased a battery for my honda from dealership , after 4 months my battery would not start my. I got it started and drove 100miles back to dealership without a appt but when I got there I explained the problem to Austin. I had my recite. . Like all big dealerships, you have to be alert to tricks. They have a great selection, and their prices are competitive, but don't let them rush you into signing anything in a hurry.
This is the worst Honda dealership I have been to. It does not even deserve a rating of 1. I set up an appointment for oil change last week. The lady told me it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. I went there this morning (Tuesday). Service advisor John Parsons told me that in addition to oil change, I needed to do A, B, C, D, E, F, and G with a total of over $1000. Absolute gross negligence and deceptive practices by the management at Norm Reeves Honda North Richland Hills. I brought my vehicle in for standard factory warranty service, and it was left completely untouched for six days in a low-elevation area of the lot. Despite heavily forecasted severe storms, the service team failed to move the vehicle to safe ground, resulting in catastrophic flood damage and a total loss.

I am submitting a formal complaint against the dealership and two of its employees: Finance Manager Faisel Hossain and Salesman Edgar. Prior to my visit, I communicated with Edgar regarding my credit application and made it clear that I wanted all financing details to be handled by phone or text so that I could simply arrive to sign the paperwork. I had a scheduled appointment on June 19 at 2:00 PM, but I remained at the dealership until 7:00 PM, which was unreasonable and contrary to what had been agreed upon.
